The Astro Brain Tumour Fund Norfolk Family Walk for Brain Tumours took place at Holkham Hall on Sunday, 25th September 2022.
Around 200 adults, children and dogs walked their choice of mileage around the beautiful parkland, the ten milers also taking in Wells-next-the-Sea.
Many walkers come year after year, meeting up with friends and family, some remembering loved ones lost to a brain tumour – others are brain tumour patients.
People were most generous with their donations once again, and a raffle was also held with great prizes of gift tokens and tickets for local attractions and hospitality establishments. Funds raised have now exceeded £5,000, with the promise of matched funding by a supporter.
The event was generously sponsored by Adrian Flux Insurances once again and the Holkham Estate allowed us to use their facilities free of charge.
