Astro Brain Tumour Fund Trustee Neal Blatherwick held an afternoon tea in Derby. Neal writes:-

“Over 120 people attended a very successful and enjoyable Charity Afternoon Tea held recently which I organised in memory of my wife Catherine Blatherwick.

“£2,209 was raised, which has been divided equally between Astro Brain Tumour Fund and Treetops Hospice, which was featured this week on The DIY SOS Big Build for Children in Need (you can see it on BBC iPlayer)”

Neal has also donated £1,000 to the charity which was the result of card evenings and badminton sessions which he organised.
